Send your loved one's medical history to their doctor with new download feature

Caring for an elderly relative often means accompanying them to doctors or other medical appointments, and the first question asked is usually about their medical history, or their current list of medications.
How can you possibly remember all that, without missing something or getting something wrong?
Things can get more complicated when you’re sharing the caring load with siblings or other carers, who may help out with the visits, but have only part of the medical story.
Now you can quickly and easily get a medical history of your loved one with CarePoster, the app that helps you coordinate, manage and share the care of an elder, keeping all this info together in one central place.
Our new download feature lets you download all your medical posts, comments, uploaded documents and events. Posts and comments are in a simple, editable Word file that you can quickly scan and edit if necessary before sending the whole package on to the medical professional, or to the carer who’s visiting the doctor with your loved one.
No more struggling to remember lists of medications or what happened with that illness last month.
The info is also useful for Aged Care Assessments and other documents that are needed to secure in-home care.
CarePoster’s workflow encourages users to easily categorise posts by subject, such as health, finance, social or other topics.
Using the new download feature, users can download all their CarePoster data at once, or just choose to download by category, for example everything in the category “Health”.
You can download data in other categories too, so you can send relevant finance information to an accountant, bank or advisor, and relevant accommodation data to a residential aged care home.
